The ball glittered atop the balcony, the stage was alive with a Brazilian beat, and The Cup at Hotel Congress served up outstanding food. No, it's not Times Square, but it certainly is funky Tucson. Happy New Year to all! (photo of Hotel Congress by my husband Leigh)

And boy the food was good. So was the service.
Then we went home and tried our best to stay up for the New Year. Some of us actually succeeded (some of us needed a little prodding) and we were rewarded with a really great fire works display, emanating from the Westward Look Resort, playing out in front of our windows.
